At the center of the medieval torch, serving as a place for the flame, there is a standard socket for screwing in a light bulb. A standard cable runs from this socket, just like with any regular lamp, to connect it to the power grid. The lamp itself is attached to the wall with 2 screws, which are fastened with dowels. The screw caps are painted to match the color of the lamp, fully corresponding to the style.

Although each outdoor lighting is made to look like the one pictured, slight differences do occur since each is individually handmade.
