My order was a birthday present and it arrived on March 10th. I did not open the set because it was so well packaged. I was a bit nervous not looking at the set upon arrival. The birthday arrived April 25th and it took some work to open the package. The set is absolutely PERFECT! The craftsmanship is unique and beautiful! Orders shipped from a warehouse in the USA are shipped free of charge within the USA. Order processing time is 1-3 days, delivery within the USA is 1-5 business days. Delivery to other countries may be charged and take up to 14 business days, depending on the location.

If the goods you bought are not available in the US warehouse or all individual orders are shipped from Ukraine.
