Orders shipped from a warehouse in the USA are shipped free of charge within the USA. Order processing time is 1-3 days, delivery within the USA is 1-5 business days. Delivery to other countries may be charged and take up to 14 business days, depending on the location.

If the goods you bought are not available in the US warehouse or all individual orders are shipped from Ukraine.
Delivery terms and time:
Your package will be shipped after payment:
* within 1-2 business days (if the goods are in stock)
* within 5-30 days (for custom orders, production time depends on complexity)

Delivery takes about 2-3 weeks (sometimes up to 1 month) depending on your location:
7-12 business days for destinations in Europe
10-31 business days for the USA and Canada
For Australia and New Zealand, it can take up to 35 days.

Items must be returned within 14 DAYS of receipt by the buyer if you are not satisfied with your purchase. All products must be returned in original condition without any physical alterations with all of its components.
If the item is damaged or dirty, no money will be refunded.
If an item reaches you in damaged condition, I will gladly exchange it for another of the same type after I receive a picture of the broken item.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
